What is the dispute about?
Sold my steam account with lost ark, and after a week buyer issued a Paypal charge back without any communication at all and PayPal left me with a negative balance. I realized he also deleted me from discord, which we used to live stream and verify steam account username before trading under the instructions of the official epicnpc middleman.
