Changing username

[Surlaw]

I previously created an account under the username "Surlaw" because I forgot I had this account It's probably been 1-2 years since then
and I now would like to change the username of this account to that one however it was disabled due to multiple accounts. Is it possible for me to get it still?
I have an account name change purchased with credit

[EpicNPC]

The name is now available for a username change.
