What is the dispute about?
They sold an overwatch account with pink mercy, noire widow, etc. We negotiated the price that it'll be 250$ instead of 290$. Then we traded on epicnpc and i got my account and i sent the money over to them on paypal. On 19.02.2022 i got a Blizzard email saying that the E-Mail has been changed from mine to another one. They basically were able to recall back their account because they had their real Photo ID linked to the Blizzard account. I tried to report this over on Blizzard but in order to do that i'd have to send them a Photo ID of the original owner of the account which was them. I'm pretty sure i wont get my money nor the account back but im hoping this will make people more aware and that limpy 250 dollars was able to save his family from turning into a dog house
Other details / notes:
I tried to dm them on discord afterwards but still no response. They even refunded the name change that i bought on the account lmao.

I can't make a support ticket because it required me to show a government proofed ID thats linked to the account.
(you can use the HIDE tag so the images are not publicly available to everyone)
