Change from dark to non dark layout format?

How can I change it to a non dark format? I have a big screen and its harder to read with it dark
something like white or red maybe grey?

In the bottom right there is a drop down menu to change themes. Use the 'Default VB' theme, it's white, however many features are not turned on for it.
