Cant Verify my acc. help me plz!

Hello. i'm new here and i'm try to make a little business and for that i need to verify my account. But i have a problem. On the second step of verifying "paypal account" i have to pay 10$. But i'm living in Ukraine and i cant put money on my paypal account. What i have to do in this way? Plz help me.

You need a paypal account as far as I know.

As stated above, part of the verification is paypal. So you must have an account and must be able to make payments.

I have account in paypal, and i can use it, but there are no money on paypal account. I have credit card in my paypal account and i was making a lot of payments and all the time paypal were using my credit card. Do i need to have money exactly on my paypal account or credit card also useable?

Paypal will fund any purchases you make as long as you have a payment source tied to your account, You don't actually have to have money IN your paypal account to buy things with it.

Alright. I checked a lot of times, i have sources on my credit card, maybe it's bug with verifying? I can send u meesage what i'm getting when payment failed.

You'll have to contact Paypal why they can't process the payment.
