Can't post a thread

Hi, i want to know why i can't post a thread anymore? I sold an epic seven account around 1 month ago and i wanted to sell again and there is this thing said,"you have insufficient privileges to post threads here". When i tried to do "verification" again the page doesn't allow me to, only shows reviews and stuff. Can someone help me?
