cant give feedback

hello, so ive made my first transaction, would like to give the buyer some positive feedback but i cant see any button to do so. im assuming this is because my account is fresh and i have no feedback of my own. i think he made the account to trade with me so we cant really trade feedbacks, how do i go about doing this?

go 2 the itrader for the user u want to feedback and there should be a submit feedback option
