Can't change avatar, not verified

Hi,

how come i can't chose an avatar? there is only the option to not use one, i dont see an upload option.
Also i dont know why im missing the verified tag below my username. I authenticated myself with my mobilephone too.

Yes, you have to upgrade to add an avatar and many other features.
