Cant buy or receive credits

It's doesen't let me buy or receive credits because somehow my account is restricted.What happened ?

Your credits were frozen because the buyer chargeback the payment against us for the Trade Guardian transaction.

We will be investigating this to see if anything happened to the account you sold him. If not, the credits will be released to you.

A dispute thread will be created tomorrow and you will be asked to provide information about the sale and post-sale.

if he lost that acc he would contact me.Btw i gave him all recovery questions and email.Also I inspected him he didn't scammed anyone before so I still didn't used paypal I thougth it's safe to use trade guardian but still get frozen credits I know its bad but how he can charge back from you guys you are company you gave him credits for money how he can charge back idk guys.

He purchased credits from us with Paypal, then used the credits to buy the account from you via Trade Guardian. On Paypal he then disputed the payment. We sent Paypal our info already, so hopefully we'll win the dispute, but we also want to make sure nothing happened to the account you gave him.

I have some family events this weekend, so my time is short, this is why we'll start the investigation tomorrow during normal business hours.

Account cant happen anything he would contact me if it happens anything and start dispute on epic npc he just wanted to scam epicnpc.com you need to prove for paypal that you send him credits for those money which he send to your company.

And we still have to investigate why funds were recalled. We cannot just settle disputes with paypal and let buyers get screwed so every issue is investigated. No further replies will be made to this thread please wait for dispute.
