Can't accept Trade Guardian request

Hi,

I (as a seller) received a Trade Guardian request, I agreed with the buyer on the price, but I see no option to accept the request ? Are there restrictions on my Epicnpc account that could prevent me accepting (being verified, paid account, ...). There is also no information on what needs to be done in order to accept it or any information about what is missing.
It is odd because in the past I have a made a successful TG request without any issues.

What you received might not be a genuine TG request.

Never mind, I didn't read the TG message properly, it is still pending at buyers side. Sorry, my bad.
