Cannot Figure out email attached to old account.

Hi, I have a old account on epic npc im trying to recover.The name was Impulse1992 but I cant seem to figure out under what email I created it and was looking for some help from a admin here.

Hope I can recover it since if not it will probably be a mess with the whole cant have more then one account thing and having them banned.
