Cancel a sticky subscription

Who do I contact for it? I didn't get my refund either.

To cancel, go to Paypal and cancel the subscription. It will then be removed on the expiration date.

Refunds were already issued 2 weeks ago. You were sent $35 as a partial refund for the 7 days downtime.

I don't want to cancel the subscription as I want to retain another sticky thread. Secondly, how do I see the refund, can I be sent a refund id?

We can replace the thread URL if the other thread is in the same forum. PM me the URL and I can switch them. If it's for another forum, you'll have to make a new purchase and cancel the current sticky.

Just search Paypal for our email epicnpc.com. You should see a payment from a few weeks ago from us.
