Can userrs without PP post their services?

I read a couple of times rules, I like to offer WoW and D3 services like I do on other forums but I am living in Serbia and Serbia is not in PayPal. I dont wanna beg my family or friends in Germany to let me use their PP just for verification I use my msn, aim, e-mail and all conversetion goes on my contacts.
So is any options for me or am I curse with my country origin?

I now accept payments from MoneyBookers.com also, however I do not believe they provide services in Serbia either. Sorry, but those are the only 2 payments that are currently accepted.
