Can some one assist in fortnite account issue?

I dabble in many games so I understand what I am middle manning here and in my former moderator days I needed to know the games to understand the issues users were having.
To start off I am sure the account was tied to this email and I do not have multiple epic games accounts.
Now in this instance my fortnite account is now empty. I made some basic purchases like save the world and an upgrade or two.

Was thinking of selling it after it sat a while. I logged into my epic games account tied to my email, its blank. It does not have my purchase history or any games attached to it.
The account it self is still intact no password changes nothing, its just completely blank. the name on account is now showing random.
Epicgames support is completely useless. They say "nothing is attached to this account"
Clearly thats my issue. Round and round has gotten no where. I have sent them my paypal transaction ids and proof I purchased from them on this email and they kind of ignore it saying nothings there.

I did not look into merging accounts when it was available is it possible someone merged my fortnite account to theres and that blanked out my epicgames account?
What was required to merge the account? i have no support emails or password changes.

Merging needs a code from the email, so there's no way for you not to notice it.

Maybe you had another account but forgot about it and mixed them up? Instead of asking support about that account, ask them to tell you which account had the purchases with those transaction ids.

I thought it was possible i had it on another email. I did password resets on the only other emails i use nothing. searched the inboxes for old emails from epicgames none other then the email it should be on. I also never opened a second epic games account so i had no idea why i would have a blank one on my email.

I asked them to provide to what account were the purchases were made and they kind of avoided it.

No, but now they are telling me that the account is on a different email but wont provide it. Yet theres a blank account on my current email I did not make. really does not make sense.

Did you ever link any console accounts?
