Can I hide specific text & pictures from my old threads?

Soooo I just updated my discord username (it's because Discord new TOS don't allow us to use TAG anymore now).

My new discord ID is aiastanton (without the TAG number)
And my old discord ID is Aia#5622

I don't want to make my buyers get confused and added the old discord (I may losing my sales because this Discord issue).

Is it possible for my old discord ID to get censored on my old threads? Texts and pictures. Or I have to do it manually one by one?

I have hundreds of closed threads on EpicNPC, so I don't think I wanna do it manually.

I want these pictures and text that show my old Discord ID to get censored.

Sorry, you would have to edit your posts to change that information. I recommend posting contact info in your sig, this way you only have to edit one thing to change it for all of your posts.
