Buying wow accounts, how does it work?

Hi, so i'm in contact with a seller from EPICNPC who wants to sell me an account but either him or I are sure about how mage-tower apperance work.

If I buy an account with mage tower transmog, will it be put on my main account if they get matching email adresses? Or do I need to transfer my character to the new account?

You cannot transfer the character to your account. the account has to have same name and country. you can create a new account and transfer toon to a fresh account and mage tower will transfer with the toon that earned it. But blizzard does not allow you to move toons from other peoples accounts to yours.
