buyer will only pay with western union?

So I'm talking to a prospective buyer and he says that he can only pay me via Western Union.
I've never used WU before is there anything that I should suspect? I've read that a lot of sellers prefer being paid via WU, why is that?

Basicaly whit W.U, once you got the cash in hand, its pretty much recall safe.

I love Western Union, and I generally reduce my asking price on an account for people that are paying with WU to compensate for the rediculous fees that they have to pay to send the money.
