We clearly advertised our product that it is under JP server.
Buyer bought the wrong item and demand us to refund him on his own mistake which we refuse after he agreed on our term of service during checkout. We stated that once sold, it is not refundable and there is no mistake from our side as we have delivered everything as advertised.
Buyer keep begging (over and over again)to the point that it is annoying and we have to refuse it again and then buyer felt unsatisfied and leave us a feedback. I think there is a limit on how many times you said no to a pestering customers especially those who beg like underage, its pretty disturbing.
On a site note, buyer is blaming both us and Epicnpc for having the word Japan way too small as shown in the first image and the image below which it is clearly visible no matter from the thread or from our sites.
We are using the same font size for the product description and client. WHen he can see the gems amount but claimed that the font size is too small for Japan, you know something is fishy.

Lastly, what problem do we need to handle? We delivered everything as advertised even suggesting him to resell it when he told us that he bought it wrongly.
What approach is he expecting when we done nothing wrong. (even him also admit it is his fault) Then he want us offer a better approach by making it bigger? How? The font size use on our sites is as big as the account content, he can see whats the account content but not the server?
We definitely need to be harsher in the end after telling him multiple time that we dont do refund when we do not mistake anything and delivered as advertised, providing him resolution when he ask for what can he do. This is a loop if we dint force an end to the conversation as the begging will keep on and it is already our non-operation time (we close at 5)
