he spent HALF his game resources in 3 days (keep in mind this is hyper-maxed, meaning if this was achievable by spending money or grinding it would take thousands of hours or thousands of dollars. furthermore, i gave the initial account to him for a near 50% discount (costs 10 eur, he paid 7 usd).. he acknowledged it was his fault afterwards. warranty would apply if it's my fault for the ban, not the user's. just like a physical product. if its a manufacturing defect the company will reimburse or supply a new one, but if you destroy it yourself you wont be eligible for warranty.
