We agreed on price and I paid him trough paypal as he had 100% positive feedback, and he said he will change email to mine. Now I can not get messages trough to him. How to proceed?

id report them as an scammer. ive had this too and then it turned out the acc i was dming them on was an alt account .

Chances are if you didn't use any EpicNPC TG the dispute will be invalid. But try to provide as much evidence as you can regardless

It's possible he's just gone AFK or is busy IRL, but chances are there can still be a scam that has happened
