Boosting with duoq without verfied?

I was wondering if I could offer league of legends boosting DUOQ ONLY, without being a verfied member. Meaning I won't have access to the account im boosting.

Verified upgrade is required if you offer any service where you have to log into the customers account. If you're not logging in, you don't need the Verified upgrade.
