We started off doing pretty well. We agreed on a amount because it was a significant amount of boost. Speedman was very hard to get in touch of because he was busy playing his own account and sub's the orders to his friends for profit. (which i understand) I waited and waited after doing +120 and i got sick and tired of him ignoring me so I decided to look for another company (which I found). I told him to give me a refund because we already talked about that in the past because he couldnt finish the order in a specific region and in duo que. His rate is $16 for each 100 mmr and wants to charge me $44 for what his friend did. I told him I accept $20 but not $44. I really think this guy is just unfair. Ill be contacting paypal because you know for a fact ur rate is $16 and want to hold my money hostage. Good luck
