Don't buy any service from them !! I bought a all TET accessories from them. At first they did their job and promised me it will be done like in 3 - 4 months but now like after 3 month they sold all my accessories and left my thing aside and never response. Thank you for your comment. The pilot did try the best to grind your gear. You tried to force the pilot to grind on Aakman although its been tough for your gear to farm on such map. The pilot said hes pressured by you and feel uncomfortable with the way chat with him on how to play your gear. Indeed the pilot grind your gear for 40hrs, then suddenly your accusing that the pilot sold your T8 horse which he never did. Then you ask for full payment which we refunded to you in full amount. Anyway it's been good that we had experience of you as our customer, we will take this as our lesson in the future.

Purchased a week pilot service from them - good response from them via discord, and quick to start. However, after this, this is where the issues began.

I had first asked for them to spend time at pollys, they spent about an hour there before giving up and going somewhere else, they were confident they could do Aakman grind so I let them (263/264/293 ap/aap/dp) however they only managed to die a bunch of times including losing a 100m crystal. I said if its too hard, they could grind at blood wolves instead and went to bed. They did blood wolves for a short time, moved to cadry (which I didnt want them to do) then logged off after 5 hours of playtime (said they had bad period pains).
The admin said they would makeup for the lack of hours and do more on the following days.
I think I got a new pilot and they said the same with Aakman, but again, would just die and lost more crystals - the total of crystals lost was 200m. In general, they would not stay in places I asked for the entire time - we agreed that maybe getting more SP would be a good idea, so asked to do 1700sp at polly grind.. they did to 1400 then moved onto something else.

The pilot was a very good player, good at the game, but seemed to spend a good amount of time afk or distracted during grind sessions. The last straw was logging on today to see they had registered a t8 horse to the stable (I had received this from a radiant box) named it 'Cupid' (the same as their paypal address) and sold it on the market (I assume either to sell to themselves as it was a perfect pure white, high base speed, turn and brake, with drift as first skill horse) or to make it seem as if they'd grinded more silver (but as they didn't even bother to collect the silver from the horse market, I assume they sold it to themselves hoping I wouldn't notice) when confronted, they tried to claim I had done this myself ( RIDICULOUS!). So in the end, I charged a refund through Paypal after an INCREDIBLY frustrating few days (for some reason the pilot would also call me 'Good Dog' argue with me on things and sometimes just be odd.

While the lead admin is good to talk to, and the head pilot is a good player - I would be wary of using this service. Maybe if you have a very high geared account (as they don't seem to be effective at grinding with soft cap) but then I would keep a very close eye on valuable items on your account as they may just sell them.
