If you're selling digital codes, please add him to block list. He bought 2 accounts from me (from different paypal accounts), received them and after some time opened a dispute as if he didn't get anything (1st one he opened dispute 3 months later after purchase, 2nd one few weeks later). My customers buyers are always happy with orders, there isn't a single case of scam from my side.
