Best way to transfer money

So i was looking for the best way to transfer money, I'm currently selling my account.

Right now I have a validated paypal account, but there seems to be a lot of room for error (people taking their money back etc). So what do people recommend? paypal, but get some sort of signature from a delivery?

I've also read about, but never used, a few different ones, Xoom, seems like it might be good?

Hmm, I'm pretty sure that getting a sig won't stop people charging back if that's what they wanted to do, as long as they pay by CC they can chargeback for like, 2 years or some bs >< I don't think there's any way to recall $ from WU, but there won't be many people willing to take the risk of WU with an unrepped seller that joined the site a week ago XD. I'd say your best bet would be to sell via paypal to a well-repped/professional buyer ^_^

You can try using bank transfer wire or moneybookers - its similiar website for paypal but works only in EU i think + less fee's for paying viac card and so on.
