Be careful Paypal hacker!! (POE seller on *** game marketplace is a hacker!!)

Or he hacked paypal accounts and then buy your products.(I got scammed from him again)

i have no idea. 9months ago, i scammed from him
today. i got scammed again. he bought my products by hacked paypal accounts. (paypal always retrieve your money if the buyer's paypal account was hacked)
but i finally know that he is poe seller on g2gsite.
he recieved my producnts in same email. ([email protected]) but he bought 2 diffrent paypal eamil.

always make your customer register on epicnpc

check his IP after he post something,

double check with his IP from your website

and then double check all with his paypal address when he pay..

You can do that if you invite people to join your discord server

if you have your own website, it always better, since you can check if they are using vpn or not too

another way if you don't have website, use shorterner link like bit.ly or other shortener, you can ask your customer click it and fill form or something to have their record

if different location from IP, with paypal payment address, just refund, why bother do the transaction if not secure

So what's the procedure for avoiding paypal scaming or people taking money back? I'm kinda new to this, I just started invoice not too long ago, but even with terms and conditions for digital goods its not covered by seller protection.

invoice and normal payment (goods&services) is same thing

and most of people using invoice more easy to deceived or scammed

this is because the invoice URL/Link can be used to paid by any paypal account (I believe littlekitty case like this, the invoice should be paid by poeseller but they use other email to pay) you can just try 1$ invoice and send to someone email randomly and then use another paypal to pay the invoice from there

so you need double check and more works to do because :

1. you need create invoice and send it
2. you need re-check again who the one pay the invoice

it's more easier if you just ask them to send normal payment to your paypal and then check their payment details

use this url to check the account of buyer details :

it will show if your buyer using verified paypal or not

if the buyer not verified, you also won't be able to win the case if they chargeback (please for godsake, chargeback and normal dispute is not same case)

dispute = claims to said not received the items, or item not as described

chargeback = force the payment to void by request to the bank that issue credit card payment

each of case have different proof / evidence that needed

the most easiest is dispute :

1. proof of you deliver the digital goods to the buyer paypal email
2. one of this : IP address or national id card/identity proof of your buyer

if chargeback :

1. proof of you deliver the digital goods to the buyer paypal email
2. must have your buyer IP Address + national id card / identity proof of your buyer
3. you and your buyer must verified on paypal

If I recall, the easiest way to avoid being scammed by someone using a hacked paypal account is to have them send you an email from the paypal email. Most hacked paypal accounts the user doesn’t have access to the email account as well.

When you get email make sure its actually from the email and not spoofed. Scammers won't probably fake an email for small transaction but on larger ones they may. Check email headers and make sure its the legit email and not a fake email spoofed to look like real one.

Also a great way to prove delivery is to record. I record videos for gaming once and awhile so I already have it, but stream labs obs is free and with some tweaking of settings you can it to record everything

For me the problem isn't fake paypal, it's if a buyer ask paypal for refund or say it's damaged good, even if I provide proof that sale was fine, paypal still rules on buyer's behalf, do I need to click physical goods then use the email to certify the goods has been sent? Just trying to figure out a way so that after i finish sale, i can relax and not worry

that's the most easy as long you play by the paypal rules :
1. both of you and buyer verified on paypal
2. you have buyer IP Address
3. you have proof you send your product (intangible items) to your buyer paypal email

the hard thing is if they do chargeback from the bank, you need your buyer identity card

so to my understanding, when someone wants to buy something via goods and services, you sent an invoice? (or just let them sent via goods and services) and then you verify with them via email (the same email that they use for paypal) and then you for ip address you get like an online ip address checker? (put in email get ip address?) but what do you do with the ip address? and when theres a dispute you send the email confirmation the discord transaction to paypal?

you just give yourself another extra work by creating invoice

paypal only accept proof / history between paypal email user

so discord or other things is no use, the only thing paypal will accept is the email log, so make sure your buyer reply your email first and then deliver the product

the IP Address of your buyer will have a lot of things to do :

1. you can use it to re-check on epicnpc if the ip have history of scam or not
2. you can check if the buyer IP have same location with their paypal address or not
3. paypal will need it as proof, you can use the ip as evidence that your product already used by your buyer and they don't complaint by replying the email after you deliver the product
