What is the dispute about? The account advertised was not the account that was sent to me instead got a completely different one I’ve tried to contact to see if it can be sorted but as soon as I change email and said I’ve changed it he/she was off

Did the seller say he's the original owner? He/she only said they have become bored of playing the game.(provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? None just the email and password for the account so i could change it.(ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
