Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: He offered to buy my account for $1300 USD, after i gave him the info and changed all the password he didnt made the payment, im still waiting for it and he has delayed with excuses up until logging off skype.

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? Yes, i checked his website and made sure that hes the real verified Neoex. After it was proved that indeed he was the real one, i proceded to give the info about my account.
Have you traded with this person before? No
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? None yet.
Since time of contact and until he logged off, it passed around 7 hours, i still havent received any payment despite giving him full acces to the account and he alredy changed the data.
