Banned for non verified PayPal account

Hello,my other account ,,Brun'' was banned because I don't have a verified account.I just bought a epic member for 4.00€ and now I want a refund...

I banned him, then unbanned him.

He closed the PP dispute on his own, I banned him before I saw he closed it, but it looks like I actually forgot to unban him.

I think he opened the dispute because the upgrade wasnt' added right away.
