Banned by proxy or vpn-i dont have one

Hi,

I am new to the forum and I registered an account to make a potential purchase. Unfortunately the website sees my normal home ip as a VPN or proxy and I was therefore banned. I dont know how to get rid of the so called VPN or proxy when this is my normal home internet. Can someone help me get this fixed ?

I just checked your former account and ip. It appears you are good, but Admin will have to correct it.

The IP on your original account traces to cambrium.nl, which is not a ISP. They are company to company internet provider. If you were at work, that could be the cause.

Since cruser101 was never used, we'll keep that closed and leave cruser102 open.

My account just got banned because of the vpn proxy problem while I am using my home internet, username: fftsabc
