Ban reason added to all posts

When someone is banned or their account is closed, the ban reason will now display directly in all of their posts so members can quickly see the reason.

We hope this saves members time from having to check the ban list constantly. Hopefully it will also prevent some scams by making it clearer to everyone that someone is a scammer and not just had their account closed.
