Auto Bump Manager not working

The system is working as excepted. As your image shows, you have "2 threads remaining", used. All you need to do is click the "active" button to activate them. It currently shows "Inactive" red buttons.
I'm sorry, we can't provide a refund for the time. We do not keep track of when threads are active or inactive. Anyone can simply click 'inactive' at any time and request a refund for x days. Sorry.

They were active since the first subscription I purchased, this is nonsense. I have wasted 7 days for what now...?
Please cancel and refund the remaining days as I don't trust the auto-bump manager.
PS: You do keep track when threads were as last bumped and I can bet you know if it was manual or through the auto-bump manager, anyway, refund the remaining days as I will quit using the auto-bump manager from now on.

I'm sorry, the auto-bump is not a refundable purchase that can be cancelled mid-way through. Your 2 threads were activated for you yesterday.
Events:
March 18 - original auto-bump purchase
April 8 - expired
April 13 - renewed
When it renews, your threads do not automatically activate. A user might want to change threads, so we do not automate this step. If a user decides they want to reuse their old threads, they can simply click the "Active" button to activate them.
We do not keep a record of bump history. We only keep track of the last bump for each thread. There is no need to keep a record of bump times as this data is not useful.
Your image clearly shows you had zero threads activated. That is why they were not bumping.
