authenticator help, need mod/admin assistance

hello, need some help here, sorry for being dumb

so i enabled phone authenticator on my account

yesterday i tought i lost my phone, so i use google account to wipe my phone, so its also deleted the authenticator app, and the backup code is there also (i took photo of it using that phone)

turns out the phone was not actually gone, i just put it in the different backpack (not the backpack i carry to my school ), when i found it its already wiped out

i need help on re enbaling it maybe thru email or phone verifcation or something,

will be great if a mod/admin can assist me, thank you


btw, i can still access the site is because i have static ip on my room and it havent changed ip since i lost the authenticator

You have to removed the authenticator, then add it back. Once you uninstall the app or delete your Google Authenticator entries, it won't work anymore.

Go to Tools > Two Factor Authenticator. On that page click remove and there should be an option to remove it by re-verifying your phone number if you don't have the authenticator code.
