After discussing with him here on chat , we moved to skype where we had this conversation :

As you can see i explained to him that he has to pay first and then he will get his account . I also sent him and e-mail here : [email protected] and i also explained there that HE HAS TO PAY FIRST in order to get the account . This is clearly an attemt of scam in my opinion .
