Anything to look out for when using TrustAp as a seller?

I do know buyers gets Buyer's protection (which is the approx. 6% fee is for), but what about sellers?
How do we dispute (and try to win) said dispute, if the buyer is a bad actor / scammer?

For sellers payments are released after a 72 wait period. After this time the buyer can no longer file a dispute and the seller can withdraw the payment to their linked bank account.

What if they try to dispute within the first 72 hour then? Are sellers almost guaranteed to lose at that point, just like using Scampal (paypal) which almost always sides with buyers/scammers?
