Player Auctions Is legit you don't have to upload information page. I've sold many accounts on player actions and have never been led to believed they are fraudulent. Its a middleman service pretty much that is just for account verifcation that you are the oringal owner and

Unlike FFXI I don't think there are a ton of sites looking to buy accounts. >.<

Neo1 Account Swappers buy them; or atleast so their site says. I sold a lot of FFXI accounts to him in the past, never had any trouble.
