Any ideas how to sell large amount of ISK (Eve online)

Hi

I've 100-150 bil ISK in game. I want to sell 100 bil but I'm not sure what is the best method.

I'm from germany and I can sell it on ebay. My Idea was I'll give an old account to to seller witch 100 bil isk. But I'm not sure about the CCP Admins.

For me it will be safe, because I don't want to play anymore but I'm looking for a possibility to make it safe for both.

Any Ideas?

The thing that would be best to do is with your ISK to buy up PLEX's and sell the PLEX's with face to face trade in Jita 4-4 , or when you sell your isk to someone , in the comment field when you sent money to someone , made the comment to be like "Lottery Winnings" "Contest Giveaway" etc.

But i think trading someone PLEX's would probally be best.
