I was scammed last night, i sold my priest to a Paypal account thief for $600. Early this morning i received an email from Paypal saying it was an unauthorized payment. My account was then frozen and i was told to contact Paypal with information.
So my advice to you sellers, DO NOT STAND FOR THAT [censored]. Paypal can't just take your money after you sold your services to somebody. It's like a stolen credit card.. Lets say you go to Macy's and buy $500.00 worth of clothes with a stolen credit card... Now the credit card company takes the money from Macy's because it was unauthorized, thats not how it works. Paypal is not legally allowed to take your money and give it back to somebody because their account was stolen, or the guy is a scammer. Its not your [censored] problem.
Another thing to take note on is that these accounts are not shipped.. So? Thats none of Paypals business. What your selling is intellectual property, like numbers and words. Paypal can't do a damn thing about it, all you have to do is tell them up over the phone.
Now if worst comes to worst, you lose the money. This is where the law sets in. You send Paypal an angry letter and tell them you will see them in court, they cannot just take your money like that regardless of Blizzard's rules about account selling & trading.
Please take my advice and stand up for yourselves, i see way too many people losing money because they are young and don't know how to deal with these kind of things. When i gave it to them over the phone they definitely got the point, i'll have my money in 2-3 days max.
Good luck fellow account sellers & traders!
