Account bought via trade guardian mm, recovered after 2 days of purchase using battle net, nobody else besides original owner could do that as it takes code and secret question to access account and it can be only done when reporting account as stolen to battle.net

Dear moderator can u check what just happened to my dispute? Seller stands as trade guardian seller and he "resolved" my ticket somehow on his own, i have all the proofs in the world that he scammed me and yet my ticket became resolved
 
During account showcase he sent me billings from email [email protected] which he gave to middleman during the process, i connected the dots and in my notification from today when account was recovered by him it was linked to email [email protected] starting with f so i checked and his old email has again battle.net account attached to it,

First ss from billings shows that account was originally on email [email protected] when it's been bought my me using @ARMIK , second ss shows that after disappearing of my account there's an account linked to this email again as it asks me for a code to recover email and it's sending recovery password to his email

I highly doubt he's gonna do anything about it, seller is verified by trust app and somehow got his trusted seller badge, what can I do now? Is he just gonna be banned without doing anything even tho he got permission to be trusted by verification?
 
@Angel it's been a few days, is there no way to deal with person who has "trade guardian seller" badge?
 
TrustAp title is not the same as a trusted badge. He gets verified with TrusAp which can do anyone in a few minutes without providing any personal ID.
