Account to account Xfer. Quick question

Hello!

A while back i traded my toon with someone on this site. We both exchanged all the info for the account, including driver licenses.

I had the character moved to a new account for a bit now, but i think he tried to take it back because blizzard closed the new account saying its disputing the ownership of it.

I sent in all the information, and actually got my new account back.

So my question is, can they re-investigate the account? or is all mine now?

he can keep calling them and saying its his account, and they will keep locking it. but after a while he will stop if he fails everytime.
