Ok i am fairly new to buying neverwinter accounts

that being said i have some questions about account recovery as i am looking to buy a high end account.

I will give you some details about an account i am looking at,

No billing history, he has never spent money. So my theory is that if i buy some Zen as soon as i have control of the account i will be the owner of the billing history.

What worries me the most, there is NO WAY that i can see to validate what information they gave to perfect world when they created the account, I know this is needed since PWE asked me for it when my account was banned.

Anyone know how easy it is to recall a Neverwinter account?

Are there anyways in which i can make the account more secure?

So from what i gathered from some people on skype is,

Once you have control of the account with your email on it, it's almost impossible to recover.

If you tell cryptic your e-mail is hacked they require you to contact your e-mail provider to get proof.

So that sounds pretty good to me lol
