What is the dispute about?
Account was recovered after I spent 2 years playing and upgrading it. I changed the original email as well as the password. The seller went through extraordinary lengths to recover the account outside of the websites normal recovery methods as I had changed everything it was locked in to my email and my password but he was still able to get it back.

Account Recalls

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? Yes it shows in the original listing. Name also matches email.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? Security features disabled , Username & password. I changed the email afterwards.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 2 years
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it. - Yes I already tried.

Hello, we have already gone through a Dispute about this same issue, it was a few months back. Like i said before i stopped having access to the account after it was sold to you. I have no way to get the account back. I purchased it from someone long time ago and then sold it to you .
 
Can you show the proof of original purchase then? With contact info. I can see all your posts on epicnpc you never bought this account in fact you tried to sell it with a post before the post that I purchased it from...

I tried but i dont own the account or the email associated with it since it was sold to heff90, so they would not give me any information.
I tried everything i could on the last dispute he opened up about this issue.
As i said before i bought the account on ownedcore about 4 or 5 years ago and could not get in touch with the original owner.
Sorry but there is nothing i can do.

No, the accounts recovery info was changed into my email. The same way it was changed into heff90's email.
 
Okay, can one of you please contact support, and post an image with their answer? We are going to start from there
