I did reach out to Original owner and he has not responded. I am sorry it has been recalled. I have provided you with all info I have
 
Provide proof, because your extremely unpleasant to deal with.
 
I didn't come at you sideways demanding any money back, I simply asked you to rectify the situation by contacting the OO, Or the person you purchased the said account from and you wanted to rudely not handle the situation correctly. So with that being said any further talk from here better have some proof backing anything you say.

Mods, can this dispute please be removed from me as the blame? Also could my trade with caution be removed? I have reached out to OO and provided all relevant information that I have. Unfortunately i am not sure there is much more i can do.

Your next step would be to open a dispute, as the same as this and you are still responsible for the current situation so until there is some sort of discussed settlement on the above issue no it won't be removed.
 
Doesn't just go away cause you posted screenshots "Reaching out" after you refused to do it when I first asked you. As I said you're bad for business and unpleasant to deal with.

Sorry I was not aware you were a mod. Also, how am I responsible for a account sold over a year ago that I am not the OO of.

@Angel My apologies on response to the above, I'm going to assume there will be no reply from the second party involved but I do believe that Boogies should be responsible in either part or full of the payment refunded, or something equivalent in return for the loss.

@Angel @DigitalXtasy I do not agree to any refund. You willingly purchased the account and knew that I was not the OO of the account and took the risk of recall. I am sorry this occurred but it is beyond my control in every shape and form I am not the OO. And I did not recall the account.

Unfortunately, it's most likely that @feistypangolin recalled this account or someone who was the owner before him.

I do agree with @DigitalXtasy statement, a seller is responsible for what they sell, and boogies was the one who sold the account to him. @boogies please issue a full refund and you can try to reach feistypangolin in order to get your money or account back. feistypangolin will be allowed to return if he helps to resolve this issue
 
@boogies, I will DM you for my paypal email or as I stated to you it could be something in equivalence of the 750$ paid to you. @Angel My thanks for taking time to help trying to resolve this issue, in the event @boogies doesn't take responsibility and return the requested refund of the money I'd like to see further actions be taken against him.

@Angel Boogies opened a dispute against me claiming I'm harassing him, that can go ahead and be closed there is no harrassment he's just not willing to understand or back what it is like to be a seller. Seems to have a great misunderstanding of what you said to him. At this point i'm leaving the decision up to you as far as the punishment in this matter.

You were previously asked to contact support and ask what is with the account and also to contact the previous owner to help you. No one stops you to submit a ticket. We tried to reach a previous owner and there was no response even though we gave him more than enough to respond to us here. My previous decision will remain unless you can prove that the account has not been recalled.

@Angel he opened a ticket claiming I'm harrassing him.. Also why would I waste my personal time to sit here and open a random dispute on you @boogies If I didn't follow all the proper procedures it seems you just don't grasp what you're being told. Listen most if not all of us have dealt with a situation like this unfortunately it happens to the best of us. I can provide more than sufficient proof, you on the other hand are opening dispute tickets to just cause mischief which is very puerile of you, my recommendation is you follow the correct procedure as you were asked. I'm certainly not going to sit here and go back and fourth with you. But I have supplied and will continue to supply adequate evidence proving you otherwise.

@Angel where is the proof the account is recalled? I cannot access the account at all as I am NOT the OO. When @DigitalXtasy purchased the account, all info was changed. He should also be able to open support ticket.

You can contact support and ask them to help you. A seller is obligated by rule to provide full registration info if needed.
Here you mentioned that you do not have any, so you can get some extra time to reach the previous owner on email or discord. I am going to give you 72 hrs then you should proceed with the refund.
Nowhere is mentioned that refund must be money, you can also make a deal to provide account replacement in the same value.

Sent you a DM with a resolution to this whole thing, those are your options, and as stated above you have 72 hours. I'm being more than generous only asking you for half the money back and not the full amount. Understand in buying and selling you will run into issues like this one and have to bite the bullet at times. It's better to take the lessons you learned then trying to fight back in a lose, lose situation. This should help find better ways to implement around having accounts recalled. When I sell accounts I require a Phone number as well as the sellers ID (Driver's License) or other various ways to ensure they don't do what happened here.

Again, @Angel as stated earlier i have requested additional information regarding proof that the account is recalled. I myself as the trusted seller on this site released all information on this account to @DigitalXtasy I do not have any access to this account as all information was turned over during our transaction and the simple fact that i am not the original owner of this account as stated multiple times and by my original sell post. I have also included proof of this fact as i have included the original post where i purchased the account from the stated original owner. Please see my request earlier today as proof for this recalled account is a screenshot of an incorrect password and screenshot of the original payment, may you please explain to me how this is enough proof for you to justify stating I need to issue a full refund? Angel are you 100% certain this account has been recalled with the evidence shown here or has the password simply been forgotten? If you are taking DigitalXtasy word for it may I ask on what basis as both of our accounts have similar and all positive 5/5 feedback? This is why I a 2nd mod should review this ticket in order to assist with a fair conclusion.

When purchasing an account from me, the buyer is provided all info needed to secure the account on their end so DigitalXtasy should be able to provide this information from HIS email showing that passwords and account details have been changed. Can we see that this has been done to properly show a recalled account???? And if you will not assist in this matter, can I ask why? Posted above I have attempted to contact the original owner sadly with no response, you have banned his account as you stated “Unfortunately, it’s most likely that @feistypangolin recalled this account or someone who has the owner before him”. Without the requested information I am not sure this account has been recalled or a password may have been simply forgotten. Can we see attempts from DigitalXtasy to show attempts of recovering this account? I’m sure for the amount of money for this account something can be shown from him showing these steps have been taken either before or after opening this ticket. Even taking into consideration that this happened completely and 100% out of my control I have offered other services to DigitalXtasy totaling over half the original cost of the account which is more the reasonable for something again completely outside of my control.
 
@boogies You’re so contradictory in everything you just said. And trying to find an excuse to get out of this so to make it easy for you as a resolution to this issue you can keep the money and take the ban, you’ve provided very little to No proof, we’ve both explained to you what to do and you just don’t get it. And to DM me and say I want and need money is suspicious you need to grow up sir. Good luck to you but won’t find it here.

@Angel I’ll gladly take the money/account loss at this point and you can ban him. Tired of him wasting both of our times.
