Describe the problem: I lost access to the account out of the blue, after roughly 3 months exact of playing, the email is changed. And all my info is unlinked from the account, and password changed. Seller says they didn't recall the account, and that they're talking to original owner however also say they're banned from talking to the original owner. Refuse to refund me.
