About Spam rule

The moderator gave me warnings that I didn't state price and accurate price on my catalog thread.
I got price guide for my Alchemy stars account catalog from him like 1x6star =5usd 2x6star =10usd
So I checked his thread to fix my thread
But he is selling accounts by catalog without price guide on his thread

Is the Spam rule applied to some members has own site or all members?

(Spam rule -Sale/Trade threads must include item information, contact info and price. Members can't just link to another site where this info is posted.)

He is selling alchemy accounts like me on epicnpc. I got warnings from him and couldn't advertise 6days during last 10days.

I hope i think wrong

Item description and payment method are required in all threads. Price is required if you link to an outside website. If there's no link, then you can say "price is negotiable" or "contact me for price information".

• If the user has to click a link to another website to see item description, payment methods or price, it will be considered spam and removed.
