And what account to put that on it ?
I mean is it forum ?.

You have to login the youtube account and go to youtubes account about page and add that code.

Step #2 gives you a coded, something like this.

Log into your Youtube account, go to the "About" page and edit it. Paste the code somewhere on your About page and save.

Then click the verify button and it will verify the Youtube account and you'll be able to continue.
