A few selling Q's

I'm looking to sell my WoW characters as I'll need money in the not-too-distant future, and a few questions have come up I'm wondering about.

1. Not exactly Safe Trading related, but would I have an account with multiple 70's that are decently geared. Would I be better off separating them to individual and get more money per individual character than I would selling them all on one account? I'm really trying to maximize what I can get out of them.

2. The money is actually rather important to me. It may be silly selling WoW characters for money for something important, but I plan to quit anyway. More to the point, what payment method is generally the safest? I've sold an account once before a while back (though I'm not verified with TrustWho) with another unverified person with no problem but I'm guessing I must have just gotten really lucky and not got scammed.

I've looked at the buying/selling guide pinned in the buy/sell/auction forum but I've also seen some other suggestions like money order, western union etc. come up. Any suggestions or ideas?

1. Seperate them.

2. You can use any method. Just be smart about it. Know the person, get their LANDLINE phone number. Call them, and make sure all of the information they have matches there PayPal Verified information. Also, make it a money request and in the comments put something like "By accepting this bill you agree that you're purchasing virtual goods".

if you want maximum security (assuming the buyer is willing to put a lot of faith in you), then use western union. there is a guide in my signature if you required it.

EXACTLY.

I suggest western union 100% for your case, although you may have problem finding people willing to take that step when you have no rep whatsoever. There are methods with paypal to turn the virtual goods into tangible goods. Please, you can save a ton of $$ if you invest some time in reading boneshaman's guides. He has a list of guides of other forum members all that can help you GREATLY.

Also: The new markeedragon related website, realitybridge, specializes in working against getting scammed. There system works great for people like yourself. Look into it.
