then hes not copy and pasting correct url, make sure they are copying the thread you sold account on.

I am also getting this error sometimes, even though the URL is correct.
It happens when I want to give feedback to both the seller and the buyer after middlemaning their deal. If I put the sale thread in deal url, it gives me that error. But if I put my middleman thread, it works.

The thread creator has to be either the buyer or seller.
Example:
Joe buys an account from Dave
The thread URL used for feedback must be created by either Joe or Dave. If you're using a Middleman, you have to use the Middleman's thread, not Joe or Dave's.
