Budget can go up to 150 or so. Looking to buy as cheap as possible, so level 90 is fine and a low amount of achievement points is also good. I'd prefer it Horde. I only really want this kind of account because of the vanity gear. I will pay up-front via PayPal or we can use an MM from here.
