Recently got into this game but looking for a second-hand EU OO account that has got some of the grind out of the way so I can focus more on the story and then the PvP. With that in mind looking for everything you might expect, in no particular order:

I'm reasonably new to the game so if I've missed anything you feel is worth shouting about please fill me in. I'll do my own due diligence from the posting of this to get a better idea of what I should be keeping an eye out for and what's worth paying the most for. Budget is not an issue, but that doesn't mean I don't know the approximate way the wind is blowing on the value of accounts in this game - it would have to be demonstrably stunning for me to go higher than $300-350.
If you managed to read all that thanks for your time, hope we can work something out

- PC-EU megaserver
- Original account owner, with willingness to prove at my request
- Can provide all account information, preference given to offers which can also provide the original email address
- Accepts PayPal
- Transaction to be made on a most-feedback-first basis - I'm willing to pay well, but if you have no feedback I'm not throwing hundreds of dollars into the void and hoping something comes back; I've been a member here for 4 years and most of my feedback is from $400+ transactions.
- If either side wishes to use MM that's fine and at their discretion and expense.

- DLCs, pre-orders etc
- Skins and stuff from the shop - bonus if you have the veteran tiger senche mount
- At least one max character with gold/ mostly gold gear; more than one is cool but not required
- CP, the more the better
- AP, ditto
- More crafting ability/ books/ styles is more gooder
